Remaining Room/Area Naming Opportunities at the Hospice Center
From 2000 until 2002, the VNA conducted a capital campaign to raise
funds for the construction of the Hospice Center. During the
campaign, room and area naming opportunities were determined. Donors
making donations at designated amounts were given the opportunity to
“name” the area or room in honor or memory of a loved one,
organization, or business. A few naming opportunities remain and
include:
- North and South Wings
$300,000
- Lobby (including sculpture area)
$100,000
- Frontage Landscaping
$100,000
- Front Landscaped Island
$100,000
- Emergency Generator
$50,000
- South Entrance Area
$35,000
- Nurses Call System
$25,000
- Security and Fire Alarm Systems
$25,000
- Signage
$15,000
Donors may choose to make their donation in the form of a pledge,
payable over a three year period. Those leaving bequests may
stipulate a remaining naming opportunity if the VNA is informed in
writing of the intent.
